A well-located restaurant in Monpazier, under a magnificent wisteria. We always eat very well there; everything is perfect. The owners are very friendly.

The setting is magnificent, a superb wisteria overlooks the terrace, and the service is impeccable. We had a very good meal.

The food was excellent! As for the service, despite the manager's cheerful disposition, it left much to be desired. It was far too slow; it took over half an hour just to get our drinks. My daughter had to go get a carafe of water 😐 in this heat, it was unbelievable!

Had a delicious meal last night despite the 40° heat. The nice waitress saw the entire restaurant terrace fill up in that heat; she managed it very well, hats off to her! We had a set menu for around €23, enjoyed the food, and there was plenty of choice. Highly recommended!

Be sure to take some precautionary measures and cause some damage. Das Ambiente entspricht genau dem, was man von einem english Bistro erwartet: gemütlich, ungezwungen und authentisch. The Bedienung hatte offenbar nicht ihren besten Tag und wirkte etwas wortkarg und zurückhaltend. While the overall impression was slightly off, it wasn't a real reason to complain. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant with excellent value for money and delicious cuisine. French We chose the €33.50 set menu and were very satisfied. All the dishes were flavorful, well-prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The flavors were balanced, and the entire meal was very enjoyable. The atmosphere is typical of a French bistro: friendly, simple, and authentic. Unfortunately, the service wasn't at its best that day. The waitress was rather discreet and not very talkative. However, this didn't really detract from our experience. In the end, it's a place we readily recommend for the quality of its food and its excellent value for money.
