Superb discovery by new residents of the town. Very friendly, classy and relaxed service, excellent cuisine, lots of research into associations with seasonal products. Congratulations, keep it up. I highly recommend this establishment for some great discoveries.

A wonderful discovery. You let yourself be guided from start to finish and you are never at the end of your surprises. All products are local, fresh and carefully processed. We explain in detail what you are going to taste and we take the time to answer our various curious questions that emerge. Neither too sweet nor too salty, a perfect mastery of flavors, particularly the sauces which have remained engraved in our memory. Our favorite ? Mint, thyme and coriander ice cream (if you remember correctly) accompanied by watercress velouté. Go there with your eyes closed, you will never be disappointed!

A delicate preparation of dishes with a subtle harmony of seasonal vegetables. Refined cuisine. Impeccable welcome and service. The waiting time between two courses is quite adequate. A gourmet restaurant that you absolutely must visit to share a culinary journey.

A great find during a stopover in Sainte Maure. This is a serious restaurant offering top quality (near one star Michelin in our view) food at very reasonable prices (food and wine). The meal consisted of ALL the bells and whistles of a full high quality menu with exceptional qualit produce (the mallard (male duck) and the merlu (hake) standing out, along with an amazing foi gras sauce. The service was impeccable by a very friendly waitress if a little slow as a waiter had just retired, but this will be remedied very shortly. We managed to find very good local red and white Loire wines, but the wine list was not uniform in quality so use an app like Vivino to search out the gems as no visitor can know all the local vineyards. The only problem was (and PLEASE fix this) was that the red wine was served in a bottle that was not more than 5 degrees (it was very cold outside but the wine should be cellared at an even temperature) - this meant we had to spend a long time cupping our glasses with our hands to warm up a deliecious tannic local Cabernet Franc. This is NOT what you expect in a serious restaurant. Last point, the owner/chef who answered the phone during our reservation allowed us to bring in our dog who fortuneately was well behaved, so dog owners do ask but only if the dog is not going to spoil the ambiance and the owners trust.
