As residents of Vannes, we take the train every month. At least three or four times now, we've planned to eat there before our train. Despite the sign indicating that the establishment is open, we've been disappointed to find it closed each time. If you're looking for a place to eat, don't rely on it... It's a shame.

A hot meal made with quality ingredients before leaving this beautiful region! The service was pleasant and efficient. The dish was generous, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it.

Bistrot St Edouard

19/08/2026: I worked for years in restaurants as a waiter, and the waiters are very efficient, friendly, and super fast. It was very busy, and the service was smooth with little waiting (I arrived right in the middle of service). However, the fries were of the same quality as microwave fries from Leclerc; I was only disappointed by that one detail.
08/08/2026: A bistro I stumbled upon at the Leclerc supermarket in Vannes! Excellent food made with quality ingredients! Quality at a reasonable price—it still exists!

Crêperie de La Tour Trompette

09/09/2026: Delightful, top-notch, smiling, and friendly staff. Fast service. We were very well received with our little dog.
08/09/2026: An unusual restaurant, lunch in the tower of the Vannes ramparts. Very good meal, friendly welcome. Excellent.
