We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance; we were on the A89 motorway near Balbigny, and what a wonderful find it was! From the very first bite, you realize the quality of the ingredients and the chef's talent, all at an unbeatable price, especially for a set menu under €30. Among other things, you get pan-seared foie gras as a starter, beef fillet as a main course, cheese, and dessert. A truly superb experience.
