A very pleasant stay in Barbizon in a charming hotel! The establishment has a beautiful authenticity, with a slightly period style that gives it a unique, almost timeless atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in the summer heat. Special mention to the staff, unusually kind and always attentive. A beautiful green break!

11/11/2025: Fabulous restaurant. Very pretty decor and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the scallops, nougat and prune ice cream with Armagnac, beef fillet with Brie sauce, and profiteroles. Lovely round table in the second room. Thank you very much. We will be back.
30/10/2025: Highly recommended! The way a meal should be enjoyed. Original French cuisine, authentically presented in small, cosy establishment. Friendly, efficient service. Will dine here again.

20/02/2026: A very warm welcome, a beautiful place with magnificent decor, but most importantly, fresh, high-quality ingredients, sublimely prepared by the chef, from homemade dishes to the juices. Bravo to Cyrine! What courage to embark on such an adventure! This chef is top-notch; she's truly passionate and deserves great success.
17/02/2026: A wonderful discovery in Barbizon! Cyrine Jarretie's L'Ermitage immediately captivates with its elegant ambiance. The sole was perfectly cooked, the mushrooms flavorful, the mashed potatoes delicious (Bocuse-style), the amuse-bouches creative, the pâté en croûte remarkable, and the ballotine and sauce simply stunning. The service was very professional and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, and I wish it a bright future!
