The food is truly excellent, delicious, well-presented, and generous. The service is pleasant and quick. In the summer, there's a lovely terrace overlooking the Sorgue River, which is very enjoyable.

We often eat at L'Industrie because we work as insurance agents in the same town, not far from the restaurant. We are always very well received and the food is very good.

Restaurant l'Alambic

19/03/2026: We went there for lunch on a weekday. We received a warm welcome. The dishes were beautifully presented, mouthwatering. And what's more, the food was delicious. Afterwards, we enjoyed the sunny terrace overlooking the Sorgue river. Very pleasant.
