Bistrot d'Emile sur Grenoble

It's a shame it's so noisy, but the food is excellent and the service is top-notch.

Authentic French bistro. Various choices to choose, with the list being strongly in accordance to French cuisine. Both the main dish and the dessert were delicious and made with care. Beautiful terrace to enjoy in good weather. During lunch time, expect to wait to be served.

Great food and very friendly service. They were incredibly patient with our limited French and made us feel very welcome, even with all our backpacks and a long stay. The food came quickly, the wine was great and the tiramisu was excellent. Definitely 5 stars.

The beers are good, but the bald waiter is so unpleasant. We won't be back. A good business starts with a warm welcome, a smile, and a pleasant waiter.

Perfect for the evening, friendly and helpful waiter. I recommend it to people passing through.

Located next to the Carrefour de la Gare supermarket, the food is top-notch! Incredibly warm welcome!!! Professional and friendly staff! Delicious food, fast service! Special mention for the vegetable and feta verrine 😍 I highly recommend it! Best of luck and enjoy your meal!

My girlfriend and I stopped by the bistro to see if they offered takeout, as we didn't have time to eat in. They were indeed offering the entire menu for takeout. The two ladies who served us were lovely, and they went out of their way to ensure we received the same level of service as if we had dined in. They spontaneously prepared a small bag of paper napkins containing the equivalent of a bread basket, along with sachets of mayonnaise and ketchup for our journey. Thank you so much for these thoughtful touches – it was a real pleasure to receive!

Salad and lunch menu are decent, but be aware of the wait as it gets very busy.

So friendly! How can I describe the feeling of welcome? It's like family, open, and hospitable; so typical of Grenoble, these people—in the best possible way! Thank you, we weren't there long, but I loved it so much!

Friendly, good food, good service, so a good place to go.
