A truly wonderful evening! We were greeted by a charming lady. The service was excellent: there were plenty of staff to serve us. The dishes were delicious: a special mention for the pan-fried artichokes! All the dishes looked appetizing. A decadent waffle for dessert (and I don't have much of a sweet tooth!!). Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the shallot tatin: it was so popular! Next time I'm in Valence, please save one for me! Thank you for this lovely evening :)

A truly French experience!
A very warm welcome with amuse-bouches.
There were six of us, including a child, and everyone enjoyed their meal.
The waitstaff was incredibly attentive from arrival to departure.
The portions were generous, from appetizer to dessert.
All prices are à la carte, but expect to spend at least €25-30. A nice bonus: even though the restaurant closes at 2:30 pm, no one rushes you out. We left at 4 pm!
One of the best restaurants in Valence's historic center, I highly recommend it! 😊

Deserves a galaxy of stars.
Simple ingredients elevated to new heights: grilled sea bream fillet with crispy skin on a bed of creamed cabbage with shellfish for €13! And the profiteroles with Valrhona chocolate and white chocolate mousse. I can't wait to come back, if only for the bread and the rosette sausage.

When I was in Valence, I found that the food is delicious and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. People were kind to speak English, because my French was poor. There are so many options to choose from. Still, almost every time I ate the butternut soup with roasted chestnuts and an egg (so good). Also, they serve an adorably delightful mocktail--a virgin mojito. Also, the bread is to die for.

A sure bet. A unique setting and atmosphere, like a brasserie from the last century, efficient and quick service, varied cuisine, always excellent. A pleasure to dine there.

The food was really excellent!
It's a shame the pasta wasn't served hot enough, while the prawns were piping hot. The wine glasses weren't great either.
