A very pleasant place, a very friendly welcome, inventive and high-quality cuisine made with good ingredients. I would note that the portions were perhaps a little small for my taste, but apart from that, we had a lovely family evening.

Le Bistrot des Écuries is a great restaurant in an authentic setting. The atmosphere is friendly, the dishes are full of flavor, and they work with seasonal produce. Ulrique is always pleasant and welcoming. I recommend it 100%, go for it!

Thank you for this wonderful, timeless moment in an idyllic, very peaceful setting with a beautiful view. We received a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; everything was excellent. And I highly recommend the Austrian red wine—a wonderful discovery!

A truly wonderful place in the heart of the Perche region. It's always a delight to discover the seasonal dishes listed on the menu board. A feast for the eyes and a surprise for the palate. We also greatly appreciate the warm welcome from the owners, who are so genuinely kind and genuine.

We had a wonderful time enjoying our Sunday lunch on the terrace. The setting was peaceful with a lovely view of the Perche region.
The dishes were absolutely delicious: a feast for the eyes and the palate. And the wine was excellent!

A magical moment in a truly delightful setting.
A warm welcome and delicious food.
In short, we loved this place and sincerely thank our host for this wonderful lunch on the terrace, bathed in glorious sunshine.
