14/01/2026: Very disappointed today, as I regularly come on Wednesdays at lunchtime with my little one.
A 40-minute wait, admittedly, happens when the restaurant is busy.
But I think that someone serving customers while seemingly strolling through the shops, who doesn't even say hello or apologize for the 40-minute wait, is unacceptable at any table before bringing a tray. I hope it wasn't a manager (in the grey t-shirt), otherwise she needs to review her customer service skills. It seemed like she didn't want to be there. Unlike her colleague in an apron, who I assume works both in the kitchen and the dining room to help out. This woman was always smiling and apologized to customers with a "hello" and "have a good day."
Otherwise, as usual, the food was hot and the employee was always courteous. Today, the cashier, regardless of the day, was always smiling and polite, despite some customers getting a little annoyed by the wait.
13/01/2026: The wait was quite long, admittedly, but Idonia, who works there, was smiling and attentive despite some rather unpleasant customers. Thank you, Idonia, you were great! 👍🏽
