Fantastic onion soup, really delicious!! The bistro is very nice but the space is minimal and the tables are small. The staff is very friendly, booking recommended because it is always very busy. A stone's throw from the beautiful Place de Vosges

Stopped in on a rainy September day. We were immediately charmed by the decor and then incredibly pleased with the food: it’s going for being distinctly from Aveyron, which means literally nothing to me as a tourist, but that regional focus adds distinction above and beyond the average Parisian bistro I’ve seen. I specifically recommend the unusual Kir Aveyronnaise, with chestnut and gentian. The potatoes aligot and onion soup were especially delightful, and there was a lot left on the menu that I wanted to try. I don’t gather that the place is a secret, exactly, but deserves to be better known.

We had onion soup for lunch today. We ended up here after reading the good reviews.
It is indeed very tasty. It is also filling. If we go to Paris again, we will come again.
Service was good too. Very sweet service and also thought along.

Aveyron terrine (really excellent, with a real taste of quality meat) + aligot Aveyron sausage + 3 cheeses (blue, cantal, tome). Total €39 on a Sunday. It’s relatively expensive, but hey, the prices are indicated! The quality was clearly there, the staff helpful. Apart from the high price from my point of view, I don't really have any criticism to make.

Entering by chance, attracted by the menu, we were not disappointed. From the service with a touch of humor appreciated to the delicious Aveyron escalope, accompanied by fries almost at the level of the Belgians!! A ciney pressure to finish this delicious meal, we will come back. Very good value for money for Paris

We visited the bistro in Paris with my wife, and it was outstanding. The onion soup was the best we’ve ever had—rich and flavorful. The foie gras was amazing, and the cheese and meat platter was a perfect combination of high-quality selections. The service was exceptional, with staff genuinely wanting us to have a great time. If you're in Paris, this bistro is a must-visit for an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended!

Accueil souriant et cuisine généreuse ; bienvenue en Aveyron ! Les plats sont très bons et l’ambiance est agréable. Un excellent choix à 2 pas de la Bastille et de la Place de Vosges.
