A place where meat is elevated to an art form: perfectly executed charcuterie appetizers and an exceptional selection of meats for the main courses. Having been there several times, I can say you can't go wrong with any dish.

Looking for a steakhouse in Marseille? You've come to the right place! A lovely restaurant for lunch or dinner in the heart of the city. Three courses, three successes, with a special mention for the chuck steak: a delight! Also worth noting is the excellent wine list. We'll have to come back to try the ribeye!

Nice meal, but I wouldn't recommend going there with a child!
I went with my wife and 4-year-old daughter. They don't offer a children's menu, so the waiter offered us a small flank steak with fries instead. It was indeed a small flank steak... For dessert, he offered us a scoop of ice cream.
When the bill came, he charged us €25 for a regular-sized flank steak plus €3 for the ice cream. That's €28 for a children's menu! More expensive than the daily special!
Frankly, I don't think that's right.

What's so wonderful about French cuisine is that when you discover restaurants like La Femme du Boucher, with just three dishes from Mme Visse's menu, you can have the same experience and feel the same emotions as with an eight-course meal at Jean Sulpice or Yoann Conte. It's just the concept that changes. Otherwise, it evokes the same sensations.
The waiter is lovely.
The owner is incredibly kind.
There's an amazing amount of work put into every single dish.
Thank you for the last-minute order.
Mme Visse and the entire team are fantastic.

Bistro atmosphere. Magnificent Swiss chard caillette, unusual (with smoked sausage), but convincing. Good lobster pasta (unfortunately, the lobster bodies were missing, which must have been used for some pâté en croûte) and sweetbreads. Good wines by the glass, in the somewhat trendy, natural style. Returned a month later, with a less convincing meal.

A fantastic restaurant in Marseille. Beautifully presented dishes, excellent ingredients, and above all, a truly warm welcome. The service is attentive without being intrusive; you immediately feel at ease.
The setting is also lovely, especially the patio, which adds a lot of charm. A wonderful discovery, I highly recommend it!
