Great restaurant in Troyes, I highly recommend it! We've been coming for several years now and it's the best restaurant we've found. Plus, the staff never changes! Jennifer, whom we've known for 8 years, always gives a very warm welcome with a smile! Don't hesitate any longer, come and try it, you'll be back!

What a pleasant surprise for our dinner tonight! The staff were incredibly attentive, smiling, and friendly, the dishes were delicious, and I'd never even seen an éclair with Chaource cheese! I highly recommend this restaurant and we'll definitely be back.

A lovely bistro with a traditional and local menu. The service is impeccable, and the dishes are top-notch. A terrine is served at the table—you simply take what you want or can eat. The prawns were the largest I'd ever seen and perfectly prepared. And the chocolate mousse, like the appetizer, is all-you-can-eat. Unprecedented, as are the prices. Worth a return visit. Places like this are to be cherished…

But it felt so good! A lovely dining room, a professional and smiling waiter/waitress. A truly delicious dish (AAAA andouillette and pistachio) 😋. All this at a very reasonable price. You can tell they love what they do!
