Excellent place, very friendly staff and the food is delicious, I highly recommend it.
We came a few years ago, yesterday we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The bistro was still just as good, even extraordinary, absolutely delicious. Thank you to all the staff, front of house and kitchen. When you eat here, it's like you're on vacation, and the Kir cocktails are delicious; they remind me of my grandfather's! Happy retirement to the chef, and we hope to see you again with the same wonderful atmosphere under the new owner.

We walked past this restaurant several times a week but had never tried it... What a shame to only discover it now!
A truly wonderful find.
A very warm welcome from both the owner and the servers, a menu that changes a bit, simple but tasty cuisine, and generous portions.
Special mentions for the pig's trotters, the frog legs, and the chocolate mousse, which my husband said was "as good as mine" 😱
And the price-quality ratio is more than reasonable.

A lovely, clean establishment with easy parking. Refined dishes; a delightful discovery was the snails and pig's trotter, as well as the Chaource éclair.

A truly excellent restaurant in Troyes! The veal liver steak is superb, and the lemon tart is simply divine. As an added bonus, the smiles and kindness of the waiter and waitresses make everything perfect. 👍
