One of my favorite restaurants, they offer delicious dishes with a refined and delicate presentation.
The portions are generous, made with high-quality ingredients, and incredibly fresh!
The prices are very reasonable; it's excellent value for money.
And the service is outstanding; you feel right at home. The waiters and waitresses are professional and very pleasant.
I highly recommend it!

A restaurant near the stadium – L'Estac
➕ Located not far from Troyes city center, with ample parking behind the restaurant. A good restaurant offering quality homemade products, with a lovely dining room and attentive service. The cuisine is tasty and very simple.
➖ Two minor drawbacks:
I find the presentation of the dishes a little lacking in finesse and delicacy, as well as the portion sizes relative to the menu prices. The prices are more in line with those of a semi-gastronomic restaurant.
Otherwise, we will definitely return. I recommend it!

Excellent place, very friendly staff and the food is delicious, I highly recommend it.
We came a few years ago, yesterday we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The bistro was still just as good, even extraordinary, absolutely delicious. Thank you to all the staff, front of house and kitchen. When you eat here, it's like you're on vacation, and the Kir cocktails are delicious; they remind me of my grandfather's! Happy retirement to the chef, and we hope to see you again with the same wonderful atmosphere under the new owner.

We walked past this restaurant several times a week but had never tried it... What a shame to only discover it now!
A truly wonderful find.
A very warm welcome from both the owner and the servers, a menu that changes a bit, simple but tasty cuisine, and generous portions.
Special mentions for the pig's trotters, the frog legs, and the chocolate mousse, which my husband said was "as good as mine" 😱
And the price-quality ratio is more than reasonable.
