An excellent lunch, great value for money. The set menu was €21, including everything from starter to dessert. The portions were very generous, the atmosphere pleasant, and the staff very friendly. I was even able to take my dessert, a plum tart, home with me because I was too full after the starter and main course. And I must say, the tart was delicious; I don't regret asking if I could take it home 😊 The chef even came to check on us to see if everything was alright. If he reads this, I can confirm that his tart was excellent, just like the rest of the meal. I highly recommend this establishment.

Passing through, we stumbled upon this establishment and we're so glad we did. The owner and all the staff are dedicated and attentive, and the meal was delicious, refined, and beautifully presented. They offer original dishes like crispy calf's head, but also other options for those who prefer something less traditional. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a lucky find. We'll definitely be back. We stopped off here for lunch on our drive from London to annecy. Looked empty when we first drove past but after walking the dog it was almost too full! The staff were very accommodating and very helpful making room for us and our dog. The food was incredible and better than what we were expecting! Will definitely use it as a half way point in the future!

It's hard to do better. Impeccable quality/price ratio. The lentil and pan-seared foie gras starter was exceptional. One of the best in Troyes, the France we love, and here we know why, clearly.
