Bistrot Gourmand Clovis sur Tourrettes-Sur-Loup

Always a pleasure, excellent food, refined cuisine.

This small bistro in one of the region's most beautiful mountain villages is well worth a visit. The cuisine is creative, focusing on seasonal and regional produce. Typical are the set menus centered around a main ingredient (during our visit – melon, cod, and beef), which can also be combined. Everything that came out of the truly tiny kitchen was a feast for the eyes and the palate. The very friendly service (this time by the owner himself) contributed greatly to a relaxing experience. The wine list is also commendable. We'll gladly return.

An excellent culinary experience during a family birthday celebration, with a deliberately limited selection of starters, main courses, and desserts all based on a featured ingredient (asparagus, duckling, or trout for our meal). The dishes were perfect, both in seasoning and cooking. The sheep's cheese dessert is a must-try. Warm and welcoming service.

The owner and chef were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish, providing a warm welcome and personalized service. As for the meal, the dishes were exceptional! A truly wonderful gastronomic experience in the heart of Tourrettes-sur-Loup. The food is delicious, a real treat for the taste buds. The atmosphere is also charming and very pleasant for dinner. The only drawbacks were a slightly long wait between courses and a lack of bread to accompany the meal, which was a shame because the sauces were delicious. Despite this, the quality is excellent, and I highly recommend it.
