Passing through Lyon, we met Alexis at the Jaillet wine cellar who recommended we have dinner at Jaillet… a very warm welcome, generous cuisine, thank you for this lovely moment 🌞 we will be back

We had a very pleasant and delicious time as a family; everything was perfect, from the service to the food, from the appetizer to the dessert. Thank you to the chef for his cheerful and friendly manner and for his tasty cuisine, and also to his attentive waitress. The icing on the cake is that this restaurant is open 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner. Perhaps a children's menu could be considered, but that's a minor point as a solution was found to satisfy our little one. PS: We're not related, but rather namesakes, unfortunately.

One of the most welcoming places I frequent. Chez Jaillet is more than a bistro; it's a place of encounters, a place of welcome, authenticity, and even generosity that I know. The cuisine is generous and flavorful. Didier and his team are generous, attentive, and very professional. I'm never disappointed by the time I spend there, whether with friends or family. Thank you so much for your passion.

I discovered this restaurant during a business trip and tried the chicken in vinegar sauce, which wasn't cooked properly. I came back the next day to redeem myself, and this time I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is quite cozy and inviting. The service is exceptional, which is what made me want to return despite my less-than-stellar first experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A very warm welcome. Refined cuisine; the chicken with vinegar and leeks was excellent. Crêpes Suzette for dessert are a rare find in restaurants. Highly recommended, especially since they are now open 7 days a week.
