The pizzas were absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients.
The veal escalope with its Parmesan cream sauce was also very good.
The portions are generous.
The waitresses were attentive without being intrusive.
The atmosphere was simple and pleasant.
The prices might seem high, but I wasn't disappointed (around €18 for a pizza).
I recommend this restaurant.

Quite simply the best pizza I've ever eaten, and I've had the opportunity to taste them at world champions' establishments. The dough is perfect, the ingredients are truly high quality, and the balance of flavors is remarkable. The welcome and service are exceptionally friendly; you immediately feel at ease. And the dessert alone is worth the trip. A must-visit in Arcachon, and one I will definitely return to.
