We had a wonderful time in this magnificent restaurant! A truly wonderful culinary surprise! A special mention goes to Charlène, our waitress, who was adorable, cheerful, and very professional from start to finish. Her attentiveness and cheerfulness truly added a touch of originality to our experience. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the various dishes offered for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The setting within the Baumaniere estate is superb, and the welcome and attentiveness of the waiters and waitresses is impeccable. Congratulations to everyone, and congratulations to chef Michel Hulin, who masterfully executed and mastered all the dishes, as well as to his entire team.

We had lunch there on 05/28/2025, on the terrace surrounded by a pretty green setting. The welcome is very pleasant. The service staff is very professional and attentive to the slightest needs of the customers. Special thanks to Thomas who took very good care of us. The cuisine is of a very high level, both in terms of creativity, flavors, quality of products, various textures, perfect cooking, judicious accompaniments and the care of the presentations. All our compliments to the chef and his team. We chose the "gourmet" menu, what a joy, what a good and extraordinary taste moment. I know that perfection does not exist, but we give the score of 19.7/20 well deserved. Establishment to recommend without moderation, we will return, despite the 600 KMS which separate us.

Everything was just perfect from the moment we arrived, with a warm welcome, and throughout our lunch…no complaints… More than delicious dishes, flavors, presentations, And to finish with a dessert that's even better than anything… The chef's approach is simply incredible, completely subtle, flavorful, sweet, and sharing her passion. A truly beautiful person, just like what she creates for our greatest pleasure. Thank you for all the happiness you have given us.
