We dined at La Cabro d'Or restaurant this summer and absolutely loved it. The cuisine is exceptional! Truly Michelin-starred. An explosion of flavors with every bite, perfectly balanced and vibrant, a real treat. The dishes were beautifully presented. Bravo to the chef and the entire kitchen team. A special mention to the pastry chef for the desserts. We also appreciated the warm welcome and the efficient, friendly, and professional service. The setting is also magnificent. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for an exceptional culinary experience. Thank you again to the whole team.

In a superb setting, in the heart of the Baumanière estate, we had a truly memorable evening. The vegetarian menu offered a series of delightful surprises, inviting us to (re)discover the art of cooking. The gourmet menu was a delightful surprise at times (eggplant and fennel dessert), comforting (veal medallion, candied lemon gnocchi, and a rich jus), and ultimately delighted us both. The professional, precise, discreet, yet attentive service completed a truly remarkable experience. The chef's visit and the conversation with the restaurant manager at the end of the meal were also charming, giving us a glimpse behind the scenes of this well-oiled machine. In short, a meal we will remember for a long time, all the more so, without a doubt, because we will cherish the memory...by returning.

A wonderful experience, without a single flaw. The welcome was impeccable and very pleasant (even with a two-year-old). The staff were incredibly attentive. Special mention goes to the sommelier, who was remarkably kind. The entire meal was a delight. We left thrilled and would be happy to return.

It was good, although I had other expectations. I suppose the winter menu would be more substantial.

We opted for the €145 Gourmet Menu! Absolutely flawless! Exquisite refinement from start to finish. A perfect balance of flavors! I loved it! This place deserves at least one star! I'll gladly return!

Every time I go eat in this semi gastro restaurant the food is excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic , at the Oustau de Beaumaniere , the service is impeccable , and very caring despite having mix of very young staff and well experienced as well. Great dishes based on locally sourced products . The terrasse is so nice , and you can dine on a big table if you are travelling with family in south of France .

This was a very fancy restaurant. I loved lots of the food. It was a great experience and I strongly recommend it as a perfect scenery for fancy occasions.

The menu created by Chef Michel Hulin is remarkable. Each dish combines creativity, perfect flavors, and exceptional ingredients, offering a true gastronomic journey. A special mention goes to Fathi, whose smile, kindness, and attentiveness brightened our evening and helped make this moment unforgettable.
