A restaurant that deserves its star.

A very beautiful place, full of charm, peaceful. The meal was delicious. A special mention for the scallops with cauliflower and sorrel and the grand cru chocolate dessert accompanied by an astonishing savory ice cream. Very pleasant stroll in the gardens after a gourmet coffee enjoyed on the terrace with a magnificent view of the Rocher des Baux.

Disappointing! The Sunday menu is imposed when there are 7 of you at the table, without having been informed when booking. The dishes are good but very "light" and without revealing any emotion. Despite everything, thanks to the pleasant staff who raised the level Concerning the prices, we are in a 5 star!!! Our next family meal will be in another place, that. It is sure .

Mixed experience. Delicacy menu of unequal quality...plate of ordinary goat cheese and very average dessert. The vegetarian menu...its contents are only known at the last moment and we wonder if they really want to offer one. As for the service...servers not up to standard...dishes not served to the right people...no additional wine offered when the bottle ordered was finished...please ask the servers to pronounce the title better and contents of the dishes and if possible do not transfer champagne from one bottle to another in front of customers...and overall learn to be more cheerful and responsive. In short, second time we have come in 6 months...there will not be a third...despite the very nice setting.

Really mixed experience and certainly not up to expectations. The price of the campaign box is very exaggerated. The room, small, located apart in a house which is intended to be rented in full, was not at all cozy. Rather cold even. No cup for tea….forced to make tea in a glass. A strong smell from the SPA right next door, quite disturbing. Welcome product non-existent. The gourmet menu is certainly copious but all the dishes have the same flavor. Drowned in uninteresting sauces. A very disappointing dessert, not as good as our pastry chef's desserts. The service is very young, rather academic. Too academic. No charm. The same sentence after each dish…boring. Breakfast OK but absolutely not worthy of a 5*. In short, very disappointed, we do not recommend it at all. In comparison with our last getaway to Caudalie…..it’s really not as good by far. Bad value for money

Very good meal. Very good cuisine with an explosion of flavor. The servers are excellent and attentive.

We often went to lunch. We also enjoyed a very nice room 2 or 3 times. Unfortunately the prices have increased a lot and the quality has dropped, the starter, main course, dessert menu with 2 glasses of wine for which we pay around fifty euros has increased to 80 euros without the wine. We could choose between several kinds of bread, that's it, no more tablecloth on the table Too bad, we expect better for such a restaurant

Un menu de Nouvel An exceptionnel. Des saveurs délicieuses sublimées par l'accord mets, vins que je recommande. Des produits mis en valeur par le savoir-faire du chef Michel Hulin. Et les desserts, une révélation, une exceptionnelle créativité de la cheffe pâtissière, Alaïs Vaubourg. Mille Bravos pour ce délicieux moment
