I enjoyed it, and the staff were very friendly.
However, it would be nice to have coat racks available for customers.

Great experience! The dishes were beautifully presented, delicious, and excellent value for money. The staff was warm, welcoming, and responsive. However, we were surprised to be served by different servers each time. The duck, on the other hand, was undercooked and a bit tough. Despite this, we had a wonderful time. I recommend it!

The product was good and cooked as expected... However, the service was just so-so... I'm not talking about the welcome or the friendliness of the staff, just the organization... It's a shame when you serve such good food!

We came here as a couple tonight.

Mixed experience this lunchtime. Arriving at 1:30 p.m., no one was there to greet me. I had to wait 7 or 8 minutes for a cook to realize I was there and inform a server. In short, things weren't necessarily off to a good start, even though the restaurant was half full.
I ordered a bistro burger, and I was surprised that the server didn't ask how it was cooked. His response was chilling: "We're a chain, well-cooked for everyone." Okay, well, without me, give me the salmon then... I thought I'd walked into a restaurant, not a McDonald's!
The rest of the food was decent, and the service was pretty quick.
