We had a fantastic time at Bleu Cerise! The welcome was warm, the staff really friendly, and we immediately felt at ease. The food was delicious and the portions were generous.
A friendly place we'd love to return to. We highly recommend it!

A little disappointed by a salad sold as a "meal salad." The filling was "homemade," but the salad itself was bagged.

The restaurant is very well located in the heart of Digne, with generous portions. I had a salmon tartare with lemon which was exceptional. I commend the kindness and attentiveness of the waiter.

My wife and I had dinner there. We ate very well. The lamb shank was indeed excellent. The only downside was the waiter's smile, which he must have lost in the kitchen, and the aperitif. It would have been nice to offer some olives with an €11 glass of wine.

The food is of very good quality and very well cooked, with one small drawback: the tataki portion was insufficient for the price. It's a must-visit in Digne-les-Bains, and the staff is friendly. I recommend it.

Simply the best, truly! The welcome, the service, the elegant and friendly atmosphere, tastefully decorated, and the cuisine is a real treat from start to finish. Each dish is prepared with care, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are perfectly balanced.
Special mention goes to the manager; from the food to the after-dinner drinks, you can feel a genuine passion and attention to detail that makes all the difference.
The bonus: excellent value for money; you always leave delighted. I recommend it 100% and will definitely become a regular!

While the food and service are usually good value for money, this restaurant is absolutely to be avoided during the Corso festival. There were 15 of us, and even though the atmosphere was noisy (as expected for a Corso), the waiter's tone and language bordered on rudeness. The portions served were ridiculously small (a few gnocchi barely scraping the bottom of the plate), but the prices remained at their usual level. I do not recommend it for this type of event.

The salmon tartare was fatty and very bland, with no taste, no fancy presentation, cold fries without sauce, maybe it was the lavender festival effect! The rosé wine was good and the service pleasant nonetheless.
