I enjoyed the winemaker's aperitif experience thanks to a Wonderbox gift certificate.
I had a truly wonderful time with my family. We tasted three wines (one rosé and two Saint-Émilion reds) and enjoyed a generous appetizer platter. Explanations about the experience and the wines were provided in English and Spanish, as there were many tourists present.
The team—comprising the driver, guide, winemaker, and bartender—was very attentive and helpful. You could choose to sit inside or outside.
I highly recommend this experience.

After a somewhat complicated experience, I'm changing my opinion and my rating.
Having many food allergies, I noticed some missing information on the menus, so my meal was modified.
The staff at Bateaux Bordelais were very responsive and also very friendly. The menus were quickly corrected, and Bateaux Bordelais demonstrated their excellent customer service, hospitality, and ability to make me feel welcome.

Corporate seminar with 40 people on the Sicambre, featuring a sunset cocktail reception and dance party; the result: a customer service representative who listened to our requests and was very responsive, a helpful and lovely crew, excellent catering, and a DJ who kept the party going until the very end!! Thank you so much, an experience that delighted everyone and a very successful corporate event!
