Blue Marine sur Villeneuve-Sur-Lot

We had lunch at this restaurant on a friend's recommendation. I'd taken the time to check the Google reviews, and we weren't disappointed. Moreover, observing the other tables, it was the same story; everyone was satisfied. Perhaps not for every budget, but definitely worth a visit, and we'll be back =). A few words to describe my experience: quality of the dishes, freshness, and the pleasure of eating seafood. However, some regulars told us that you need to make a reservation and arrive on time, otherwise, like us, you might find certain items unavailable (lobster, for example).

First time here, and certainly not the last! The setting, the tableware, the service—everything was excellent and delicious. The dishes were as beautiful as they were tasty. A feast for the eyes and the palate.

An excellent birthday dinner on March 12th! Delicious fish soup, a platter of hot seafood, the chef's specialty, truly excellent! Very generous portions; we took some home and finished it the next day with cream and fragrant rice... it was a real treat! The welcome was very friendly, the waiter was attentive, smiling, and caring. In short, a wonderful discovery for us, and we will return with great pleasure and enthusiasm. P.S.: The hot platter with a small portion of homemade fries is absolutely perfect!

I had a wonderful experience at Blue Marine. The restaurant is known for its fresh seafood, and it truly lives up to that reputation. Friday is a busy day but over the years the food and service has been held at a very high standard.

A superb lunch on a Saturday at the end of January. It is necessary to book in advance as the reputation of this fish restaurant obviously is widespread. Fish soup and creamy curried prawns for starters. Mixed fish grill (very generous portion) and a special fish (Maigré) as main courses. We managed to share a cafe gourmand with 4 excellent taster desserts and coffee. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff, who although we tried to speak in French, they were very happy to explain dishes in very good English!! Highly recommend and we will be going back to test some other dishes.

We've been several times and it's always a real pleasure. The service is very pleasant, attentive, and professional. As for the food, it's excellent, with fish that's always fresh and perfectly prepared. A place we love and recommend without hesitation!
