The service was attentive despite the crowd, and the dim sum was excellent! A special mention for the black pearl ravioli, which I loved! I highly recommend this place ✨

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Saint-Germain, and the decor is welcoming and tasteful. The food is consistently excellent, especially the ravioli and gyoza, and the service is pleasant. The noise level in the evening, however, somewhat detracts from the ambiance.

The food is of exceptional quality (all homemade), with originality and a richness of flavors – it's absolutely delicious! 😋 The welcome was outstanding and the atmosphere warm and inviting!

A bit pricey, expect to pay between 40 and 50 euros per person. That said, the food is absolutely delicious. The cocktails, ravioli, gyozas, baos, even the desserts—everything is excellent! The service is lovely and efficient.

I recently had dinner at Steam Bar and had a wonderful time. I particularly enjoyed the originality of the dim sum on offer. The Blue Lotus, made with taro, pleasantly surprised me, as did the spicy dim sum with Sichuan pepper, which adds a real touch of character. The "Hong Kong Streets" dim sum are also very interesting and out of the ordinary. I also found the cuisine particularly refined, with expertly balanced flavor combinations and a genuine sense of creativity in the dishes. The setting is pleasant and the service impeccable, making the experience even more enjoyable. It's also worth noting that the chef trained at the Shangri-La, which is a true mark of quality and is evident in the food. My only slight criticism was the prices, which I found a bit high, probably due to the restaurant's location in the 6th arrondissement. Overall, a great discovery that I recommend for its originality, refinement and the quality of its dishes.

The setting is beautiful and well-maintained. As for the food, some dim sum are excellent, while others are a bit dry. The presentation could be more refined. Consequently, the price is a little high.

First time at this restaurant and honestly, a superb discovery! The decor is lovely, the service was top-notch, and the two waitresses who served us were very friendly! We tried several dishes, but our favorites were the bao, the black pearls, the eggplant with miso, and the dandan noodles—everything was delicious, but these were the ones that truly won us over! We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!
