Too expensive for the "quality," hardly any sauce, and on top of that, it was sweet instead of savory as I requested. Furthermore, for the price, you don't even get soup and salad; you have to choose one. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it. At that price, the service should have been impeccable, which it clearly wasn't. I ordered in the afternoon, so it wasn't a matter of being rushed, but rather negligence.

If you're looking for an excellent sushi, maki, and chirashi spot, look no further than Bō Sushi. There, you'll find a passionate chef who creates delicious dishes using the freshest fish. For dessert, we enjoyed some excellent local artisanal ice cream.

This is so good!
It's so much better than your average sushi restaurant. Delicious fish, perfect vinegared rice, and even the sauces are homemade. And a great thing for someone watching their diet for health reasons: the chirashi salad where coleslaw replaces the rice. The sesame mochi for dessert is a real treat.
This is my fourth time eating here. When will I go for the fifth!

An excellent experience at Bo Sushi! The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The portions were generous, and the quality was excellent.
