We found a bone in the salmon sashimi, it's unacceptable for a japanese restaurant. We also got some fatty cuts which is not ok. The sushi chef isn't even Asian but maybe that's not important.

We tried the ramen and the ice cream mochi... Everything was delicious, impeccable service, comfortably seated at the counter, a great time spent at Bo Sushi!

Nice little restaurant, delicious and generous portions. It's best to book ahead as it's small but cozy. Great selection of dishes at very reasonable prices for the whole family.

An excellent culinary experience with superb fresh seafood. The fifth star isn't awarded as the prices remain high (I'm a regular Japanese restaurant customer).
The owner's service is also unusual. He didn't take the two reservations received during service from other interested customers, creating a peculiar atmosphere. There were also instances where the owner didn't even respond to comments.
In short, you won't be disappointed by the food. A fine establishment.
As for the rest, while the customer isn't always king, they are still a customer... Keeping that in mind would make this establishment truly remarkable.

Too expensive for the "quality," hardly any sauce, and on top of that, it was sweet instead of savory as I requested. Furthermore, for the price, you don't even get soup and salad; you have to choose one. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it. At that price, the service should have been impeccable, which it clearly wasn't. I ordered in the afternoon, so it wasn't a matter of being rushed, but rather negligence.

If you're looking for an excellent sushi, maki, and chirashi spot, look no further than Bō Sushi. There, you'll find a passionate chef who creates delicious dishes using the freshest fish. For dessert, we enjoyed some excellent local artisanal ice cream.
