Very good. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly. We ate well! A big plus: the air conditioning, especially in this heat!

Very good restaurant, delicious food, attentive waiter. The three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) is around €30 and is quite filling. You can order risotto, vegetables, etc., instead of fries. The risotto is excellent.

What a joy to stumble upon this restaurant! The welcome was impeccable. All the staff were smiling and friendly. The menu is truly enticing! Don't hesitate to read the first two pages, which highlight all the talented people who work behind the scenes at this restaurant. The cocktails, the appetizer, the main course, and the dessert were all delicious. The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients justifies the price. And the final touch: the chocolate fondant... I've never had one so good. Thank you again for the thoughtful touch of the candle for my son's birthday. Don't hesitate to go, but remember to book in advance 😉

The staff are very nice. When I visited, they explained to me they were serving in 2 rounds, 7PM and 9PM. So if you want to try your luck and walk in, better come either at 7PM or 9PM. I had the beef tartare and Tripe à la mode. Both are very good. Tripe à la mode is a special dish in Caen. I was too excited to taste so half is eaten before I took the photo.

We had lunch as a family at Boeuf & Cow today, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. A warm welcome, attentive and very pleasant service, with genuine care throughout the meal. Everyone enjoyed it: generous portions, beautifully presented, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. A friendly place where you feel comfortable and where the pleasure is as much in the food as in the attention given to the customers. We will gladly return!

I had dinner at this restaurant with a group, and the food was simply excellent. Special mention goes to the beef ribs and their sauce: a real treat that I highly recommend! But the real highlight is the staff. Everyone is warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. A fantastic experience!

A chic bistro specializing in meat, with undeniable quality and homemade products. The meat is excellent, expertly prepared, and cooked to perfection. The menu is on the higher end of average to high, at €77 for a 770g platter for two, which is justified by the quality. However, we found the service a bit too rushed: we barely had time to start our aperitifs before our main course arrived. So, it's a very good place to eat well, but not really a romantic spot.

20/05/2026: We visited Omaha Beach in the afternoon and didn't get back to Caen until 9:30 PM, which was just about an hour before closing time. Despite the late hour, the owner warmly welcomed us in. We ordered the seafood platter, and the portions were huge and incredibly fresh—I could easily pull out a massive chunk of meat from the crab! As novices at eating sea snails, it took us quite a while, and by the time we finished everything, we had actually stayed 20 minutes past closing time. However, throughout our meal, we never felt rushed at all. On the contrary, the owner kept telling us to take our time and enjoy. Since we were the last guests, she even shared with us that everything is lovingly homemade and they only have five chefs in the kitchen. In short, the food was delicious and hearty (especially that seafood platter!), and the service was impeccable—the staff cleared our used plates very promptly. The owner's warmth and hospitality truly touched our hearts. If I ever visit France again, I will definitely bring my friends here! C'est un régal !
