Bois Joly Hotel Restaurant sur Crozet

A warm and welcoming place, the service is perfect, the value for money is very good, and the quality of the food is excellent. I highly recommend the Franco-Swiss fondue and the crème brûlée. A restaurant worth discovering, whether as a couple or with friends.

There was a bit of a wait for service due to the crowd, but it was still reasonable. As for the meal, it was incredible, you didn't miss a single bite. I recommend the Jolly burger, a real treat, highly recommended. And for a starter, I suggest the foie gras terrines—oh my! Be warned, you'll be stuffed! Enjoy your meal! However, I didn't stay overnight, so you can form your own opinion on that!

We stopped by for dinner and found it nothing special. The dishes were very basic and the meat wasn't of particularly high quality. If you're looking for proper cuisine or a decent piece of meat, you'll find better elsewhere! The staff, however, were friendly and the service was quick.

Good place to eat, splendid view. Good food. The only negative point now is that you're asked to leave the restaurant by a certain time in the evening for the hotel guests. This doesn't make sense for a restaurant owner. Restaurant customers, especially those from the Pays de Gex region, should also be taken into consideration. This makes me less inclined to go to a restaurant in the evening in this place if you can't take your time and leave by 11 pm, for example. What a shame!

Whether for eating or sleeping, everything is impeccable, with the added bonus of a magnificent view!

I want to clarify that we only stayed at the hotel; we didn't have breakfast or dinner at the restaurant. My rating reflects only the welcome and the overnight stay. It's a 10-minute drive from Saint-Genis-Pouilly, so roughly 20 minutes from Geneva city center. And 5 minutes from a cable car for skiing. The setting is calm and relaxing; we were lucky enough to discover this well-located little hotel. The hotel boasts a splendid view of Mont Blanc and its mountain range. Magnificent. The parking, the rooms, and the large terrace—that view! 😍😍 There were four of us, and we booked a room with one double bed and two single beds for under €100. Again, with a small balcony and a view of Mont Blanc. The bedding was comfortable, and the room and common areas were clean. The welcome was excellent. I highly recommend it. And I will come back if the hotel is available.

Just back from a fantastic week facing Mont Blanc in a very pleasant, family-friendly, and high-quality setting! The accommodation, the welcome, and the food were all excellent! Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome! And it's all very affordable!
