We had a wonderful time at Jiva Hill; everything was truly perfect from beginning to end: the setting, the welcome, the spa… a real escape to relaxation. I had booked a massage, and I especially want to thank Sabine, who was absolutely exceptional. Even though I'm a regular massage therapist, I can honestly say that this was one of the best massages of my life. Her technique, gentleness, and professionalism were incredible. I left feeling completely relaxed. Thank you again for this magnificent experience; we will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Jiva Hill Resort earlier this week. Overall, the experience was pleasant: the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. However, one issue significantly marred our stay. The pool deck is made of wood, and we both got several splinters in our feet. After talking to other guests, we realized we weren't the only ones affected. The splinters were large enough to require a visit to a podiatrist, who charged us 150 CHF per person. Beyond the additional cost, this somewhat spoiled the end of our stay. It's a shame, because the resort offers excellent amenities, but this safety and maintenance issue around the pool deserves, in our opinion, special attention.

One of the best resorts I've ever visited! An unforgettable experience, a truly wonderful and complete place. The staff, without exception, were welcoming and cheerful. You feel at home from the moment you walk in. The place has so many captivating details that are hard to summarize. From the natural beauty to the generous hospitality and more... ✨ We stayed for three days and didn't need to leave. I will definitely repeat the experience! 🌟

We stayed one night at the Jiva Hill Hotel and our experience was excellent from beginning to end. The welcome was truly outstanding: the staff were extremely helpful, professional, and always attentive to our every need. We traveled with our small dog and were particularly touched by the attention paid to her well-being: everything was provided for her, with bowls, a small cushion, and even a little gift. A thoughtful touch that truly made all the difference! The rooms are simply magnificent, very comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The hotel's location is also ideal, making the stay even more enjoyable. The facilities, especially the swimming pool, are truly superb and well-maintained. Everything is in place for a perfect relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return!
