I will come back, very nice discovery. Congratulations to the chef and his team!

The cuisine is very good, the cooking is respected. A touch of originality with the weight shoots and the presentation on the plate is nice. We would have appreciated the salmon gravelax more if the fish was scaled and/or skinless. It's just a detail. On the other hand, we appreciated the atmosphere and the service less. The head of the room (Thierry) when taking the order, made a comment when we wanted to order an extra bowl of fries like "fries and scallops don't go together" Then, we ordered a coke and a water, as a filtered suggestion. The coke was not uncapped in front of us and served open and without bubbles. When we asked a waitress, who told us: "ah yes it's the coke that was opened"...probably a few hours before serving it to us :/ In addition, the filtered water was charged 4 euros, it is very expensive for what it is! The rolls to accompany the meal are too hard and elastic...it's not great to accompany such beautiful and delicious dishes! The quality/price ratio is average. 50 euros/person with a starter and a main course + coffee (à la carte) In addition, big errors during the service or we were taken for those we are not and that's a shame. I don't think we'll come back.
