Boli Café is a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, featuring lots of light wood.
The dishes are generous, beautifully presented, and include explanations for enjoying them "the Korean way."
The staff is very attentive and friendly, and the service is quick without feeling rushed after you've finished your meal.
I chose a tasting platter to enjoy a Bibimbap and a Japchaebap: excellent!
It's definitely a place to visit in Toulouse!

If you're a fan of Korean cuisine, this is a restaurant you should definitely visit.
The menu is minimalist, but the quality of the dishes is excellent, having tried almost everything.
The staff is friendly, smiling, and attentive, and if you're a newcomer, they'll usually even give you tips on how to best enjoy your meal.
The service is incredibly fast, even if you're short on time, and the prices are extremely affordable for the quantity and quality of food you get on your tray—and yes, it's a tray they serve you, with soup, your main course, an orange slice, and a small glass of aloe vera drink.
In short, it's a go-to spot that my friend and I have been eating at for a long time.

I tried the discovery menu, I don't understand why the main dish is not served in the hot bowl as is traditionally done, especially since it is available that way on the menu, the price was very reasonable, it was fresh, the sauce does not taste like the Gochujang sauce which is served with bibimbap.

Fantastic experience! We discovered this Korean restaurant during a stroll and what a lovely surprise 😲 the servers are incredibly kind, the food is tasty and authentic and the service is ultra fast.... I will definitely come back on my next trip to Toulouse.
