A truly memorable culinary experience at Yeti! I discovered this Nepalese and Tibetan restaurant the day before yesterday and I loved it. From the perfectly crispy eggplant fritters and the incredibly tender traditional lamb dish to the fragrant rice and the generous cheese naan served with vibrant, authentic sauces... everything was remarkably generous and refined. Special mention goes to the warm atmosphere and the incredibly kind welcome. A must-try in Toulouse for those looking to get off the beaten path!
