One of the best dinning experience in a while in this are. My second time in 8 years. First time was good but the new restaurant is fabulous. Food is excellent and staff is competent. Portions are generous and presentation is lovely. My scalps with truffle was delightful and the beef from Aubrac was perfectly cooked. The dessert was a soufflé with grand mariner, juste perfect. Will go back very soon.

I loved having lunch in this restaurant. The setting is very beautiful. The welcome is really great. And the dishes are excellent, it's fine, tasty and sufficiently generous.

Nice hotel in the center of mazamet, very nice restaurant and spacious rooms, well equipped and very comfortable bed. The boss is really nice, pleasant and very welcoming. For a very reasonable price. I recommend (the region is magnificent to visit for those who love nature)

Pleasant evening stopover in Mazamet. Bedroom ? Comfortable and very clean. Dinner? Fine, refined and delicious. All for a very attractive price.

Restaurant where the dishes are refined and well presented. There are fabric tablecloths and napkins that are very good value for money. Recommended but it is better to book.
