We had a wonderful meal. The sweetbreads and the Charolais steak were cooked to a very tender temperature. The desserts were not too sweet and were very delicate.

Excellent product quality and flawless execution. As a vegetarian, I'm always a little skeptical when I don't see a specific vegetarian dish on the menu, as the alternatives are often disappointing. But I was won over by a colorful, appetizing, and above all, delicious plate. The truffle mashed potatoes were perfectly executed! I thoroughly enjoyed it. On the sweet side, the truffle-chocolate combination is surprising at first, but it's definitely worth trying. It's a daring mix that works wonderfully. The value for money is excellent.
