Discovery of this restaurant, nestled in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax, near all the shops on Avenue de la Résistance, right next to the Ibis hotel. A warm welcome, cozy interior, very clean. Smiles and empathy from the waitress, absolutely kind! A la carte and evening menu with excellent value for money, regional wines, copious, delicious dishes. Mention for a "homemade" confit.. very tasty, or a roasted Camembert...among other dishes. The lunches are complete, not surprising given the quality of this restaurant and the prices offered. Discussion with the chef and owner, very attentive, very friendly, epicurean at heart, all the taste flavors color his cuisine! Reservations strongly recommended! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 well deserved! Restaurant très simple de l’extérieur, mais vraiment très bon à l’intérieur. Serveuse super souriante et très pro. Et le repas vraiment très bon avec de super produits. Et le rapport qualité prix est top. N’hésitez pas à y faire un tour si vous avez une petite faim.
