We went for dinner on a Monday (one of the few places open in Dax), and we left very happy. The set menu for 22.5 included sweetbread salad and fondant salad, both exquisite, a delicious duck confit, and a tiramisu that was one of the best we've ever tasted. The service was very friendly, and the drinks were very reasonably priced (a glass of wine was 2.30). Highly recommended.

This is our second time stopping at this excellent restaurant! The first time was by chance, but the second time was a deliberate choice! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The ingredients are high quality, the preparation is top-notch! The staff is lovely! The prices are more than reasonable! We will gladly return as soon as we have the chance (we live in the Gers region, so it's a bit far)!
