Moulin de Poustagnacq sur Saint-Paul-Les-Dax

My son got married this weekend, 200 guests… the dinner was excellent with impeccable service. Very responsive and attentive to detail, the staff served all 200 guests in record time. There were many of us, and moving between the tables wasn't easy… but they always kept smiling. A big thank you also for the remarkable cognac service at the end of the meal. Thank you to the entire team who earned the admiration of all our guests. Thanks to you, this wedding evening will remain unforgettable. Thank you.

The only thing missing from this restaurant is air conditioning.

Beautiful grounds, very friendly staff. We had a great time as a family celebrating a birthday.

A truly wonderful place that completely won us over! The setting is magnificent, with a charming terrace that adds to the magic of the experience. The food is flawless from start to finish. The dishes are refined, flavorful, and generous, with a real attention to detail in the flavor combinations and a beautiful showcase of seasonal produce. Sophisticated and indulgent cuisine that truly delighted us. The service is on par with the food: impeccable, efficient, and provided by a particularly warm and attentive team. We had a wonderful family time in this charming setting. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return. A big thank you to the entire team!

Impeccable service. Delicious meal on the terrace overlooking a lovely pond. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Excellent flavor, perfect service 👍

Fantastic restaurant! Besides the generous portions and delicious food, the service is impeccable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend it!

Nice place, but the exterior railing needs updating. Prices are what you'd expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant, which isn't the case at Le Moulin, making it expensive, even very expensive. The wine list is limited, offering only four wines at €40 each, with little choice. On the plus side, the food is very good.

The welcome, the meals, the suggestions are all more than satisfactory.

Excellent food... Very warm welcome... Top-notch... 👍 Bravo and thank you for the welcome and service... Go without hesitation! 😁😉😜
