A gorgeous and tiny (like properly tiny) place. Great coffee! While not quite as strong as this Melbournian is used to, the flavour was excellent, and, I think rates as the best coffee I've had in Paris this trip.

On a quiet little street in the Marais, in a former cobbler's workshop, lies the narrowest café in Paris: Boot Café. The façade of the old shoe repair shop still stands. Objects of the past shouldn't be thrown away; they can be repaired. The door still has its old latch, with no electronic system at the entrance. It creaks when you open it. Inside, there are only three small tables and the best specialty coffee he's had in Paris. Even though the place's purpose has changed, the craftsmanship hasn't disappeared. In the past, shoes and boots were repaired here. Today, the lone barista behind this tiny counter repairs people with good coffee. And with music playing on vinyl.”

One of the best coffee shops in the neighborhood. A place that truly showcases specialty coffee. We were lucky enough to enjoy our coffee in peace and quiet despite the hustle and bustle of the street over the weekend. The barista was very friendly and the pistachio cookie was delicious.
