My parents on vacation in Propriano stopped by your butcher's/charcuterie to pick up some lonzo to take it to us in Ardèche. I would like to congratulate you because it is delicious, tender... I have no words, it is so good. Thank you 🙏

We came thanks to the good comments and we are not disappointed! Returned twice during our stay for a selection of BBQ meat. The sausages and skewers are excellent, especially the manzu one, a great discovery! If you know how to cook barbecue you won't be disappointed! Everything is fresh and tender with big flavors. The boss is super friendly and takes his time to advise despite the queue! If you are looking for quality, advice and good humor, you have found the right place!

Excellent meat! Skewers and other, everything is tender, we feel like the master of the BBQ when we are congratulated on the cooking! In reality, it's the meat that is excellent long before the cook 👌. Small butcher shop in size but large in choice of quality. Very good value for money and good advice. Well done 👍

Buying from this butcher shop in Propriano is always a real pleasure! The establishment is remarkably clean and offers a selection of always fresh, high quality meats. The welcome is warm, the staff smiling and always ready to help. The prepared dishes, cooked the old-fashioned way, are simply exceptional and delight my taste buds every time. A must for all lovers of good meat and tasty cuisine! Highly recommended.

17/09/2024: Excellent. De l’entrée au dessert, rien à redire. Bien accueillis malgré qu’on n’ait pas réservé. Personnel très professionnel et sympathique.
17/09/2024: Zum Ablauf: Mittags gibt’s ausschließlich ein Mittagsmenu für 30,- Euro, das aus einem Hauptgang und einem Dessert besteht. Man kann außen, in einem überdachten Bereich, sitzen, oder innen. Gezahlt wird beim Hinausgehen an der Kasse. Zum Essen: Ich denke, dass die Mittagskarte regelmäßig wechselt. Ich würde die Spannung und Vorfreude nehmen, würde ich jetzt einzelne Gerichte aufführen. Aber ich versichere Ihnen, alles was auf den Tisch kommt, ist von exzellenter Qualität - bis hin zu den Pommes Frites😎. Die Desserts sind göttlich und kommen einem Kunstwerk nah. Man traut sich kaum, diese stilvollen Süßigkeiten zu essen. Wein erhält man im Glas oder als Flasche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht und spricht (teilweise) auch Englisch. Hingehen, oder besser noch, reservieren und genießen. Ein großes Lob an die Küche 👍👍👍👍👍
