We were delighted: sardines with marinated vegetables, as delicious as they were delicate, followed by kidneys in mustard sauce, perfectly executed—a generous, precise, almost nostalgic dish, yet without being heavy. A vibrant, embodied cuisine, driven by a chef whose talent is as much evident as it is palpable. If this review is missing a star, it's only because we'll have to return. For dessert. The food was microwaved and served. It was a very plain, soulless dish. I had the fish soup and the fish of the day plate. Because it was microwaved, all the flavor was gone. The only good thing I ate was the chocolate mousse. It tasted amazing. I don't think I'll come again. Maybe for dessert.

The service was excellent, the meal was generous and delicious. The apple tart prepared by Chef Pascal was superb; it's the best apple tart I've ever had. I highly recommend it!

I'm writing this just as I've finished my first bite of their beef tataki with chimichurri sauce... It's delicious, generous, and the service is top-notch. I'll be back.

The welcome and departure were very good, but things got complicated when it came to the service. Taking our order was fine, no complaints there, but once we were served, a waiter shouted a bit too loudly, some dishes arrived too many or not at all, there was a really long wait between courses, and the waitress wasn't very friendly and practically sighed when we politely told her that something wasn't one of our dishes. Serving a table of 12 was a bit complicated, despite a decent organization for taking each order. I think they're capable of serving tables of 6 maximum, but no more than that. The food itself was good. Perhaps we just happened to be there on a particularly stressful evening for our servers.

Excellent welcome, delicious food, generous portions. The staff are friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time. Top-notch, thank you!
