A very good experience, the servers were fantastic! Very welcoming and lovely, I even received a nice compliment from one of the waitresses. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area again. The price-quality ratio is good!

A wonderful discovery. Traditional cuisine, especially for those who enjoy offal. The manager is very approachable and explains the restaurant's philosophy. A very enjoyable experience.

Indeed, my previous comment was for a different restaurant.
Regarding Le Bouchon Normand, I found the service chaotic, with the staff running around in all directions… and not very organized (probably staffed for the high season). The dishes themselves were quite decent. I must point out that my wife's dish, the black cod loin, was undercooked in the center. She was sick during the night, probably because of it 😟
The rest was good, and the price was reasonable for the location.

A table for four was reserved an hour before our arrival.
A warm and friendly welcome.
Attentive and pleasant service with helpful advice for customers when needed.
All the dishes were enjoyed by everyone (burger, steak, and skate wing). Each dish was cooked to perfection. A small request for extra condiments was honored.
The main course was a great success.
The desserts were also a hit (two classic ice cream sundaes, a thin apple tart, and profiteroles).
In conclusion, the setting is pleasant and not too noisy. Comfortable seating and clean restrooms.
A place where you can eat well for around thirty euros per person (excluding drinks).
Thank you to Le Bouchon Normand for the quality of service and for a wonderful evening :)

We had a wonderful time as a family with our 3-year-old son. The tataki was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it, and the waiter was lovely. We'll definitely be back!
