We stopped by on September 12th, 2026, at noon before a wedding, and when I asked what flavor the muffin was, I was told it was caramel. So I took it, and once in the car, I ate it and was surprised to discover it was a blueberry or mixed berry muffin, I don't know which. Just imagine someone allergic to mixed berries!

I love this place; it's a little ritual I have with my children at snack time. It's not far from work. The staff are fantastic.

The product is good quality and the prices are okay.
But the manager (pink hair) speaks rudely to the employees, especially in front of customers; it's really awful.
If I were her, I would have handed her my apron in front of everyone and left.

The baguettes are either pale or overcooked. It would be nice to have more golden baguettes.

Hello, this is a must-visit for me and part of my family.
I want to thank the managers (all women) and the sales staff, and of course, the preparation team. Like everyone, there are ups and downs; tolerance and understanding help in forming an opinion.

Ange is a pretty good franchise, but not all of its locations are staffed with people who are passionate about their work. The service is good, the staff are friendly, but there are a few small details or aspects of service organization that could be improved, such as providing a sandwich bag even if it's eaten in, labeling the corresponding coffee under the cup to make it easier for customers to return to the register, giving each customer a tray (even if there are only two of us), and perhaps having more staff to clean the tables as soon as possible.
