Staff not motivated by their work and a reminder on hygiene would not hurt. There are gloves or tongs so as not to touch food and money with the hands used to take bread or pastries. It doesn't make you want to buy.
Very good bread in the Laissac halls, especially the Grabelloise baguette which was awarded a gold medal in the Hérault gourmand competition. Beautiful pastries and varied snacks. Alright !
