Good bread and pastries. The service is somewhat inconsistent, with some staff members being friendly and others unfriendly. The staff seems to move around a lot, but a smile, even when there's a mistake, makes all the difference.

When I'm passing through Besançon, I stop by for my coffee break and I'm always very well served with a smile, attentive listening, and kindness, which makes me want to come back. The team is lovely, especially Sabrina, who is very helpful, smiling, and attentive, ensuring the satisfaction of the Belfort customer. 🥰

The cake was excellent. The bread was very good. Parking is available in front of the bakery. I recommend it.

I'm a bread expert 🍞 I discovered and tried this bakery two weeks ago. The baguettes are fantastic, the crust and crumb are so airy, perfect for freezing. The only slight difference compared to the Pontarlier location is that they're much less puffy—something to improve... As for the pastries, the quality-price ratio is excellent 👍 Finally, a chain worthy of the name... Thank you.
