I bought 5 mini doughnuts on August 8th, which were completely unsaleable! The dough was dense, compact, and soggy, and the chocolate was poor quality. They were probably frozen because they were so bad!

Plenty of choice in pastries, cakes, and snacks (sandwiches, salads, pizzas). I had several slices of pizza, which were very good. And always great deals.

I went to Ange, which I usually do... They offered me sandwiches at half price, and I told the cashier that the chicken sandwich was placed on top of the rosette sausage sandwich, which I found unacceptable for someone who doesn't eat pork. Several people had already told me about similar situations. She wouldn't listen and wouldn't admit the mistake, even though she herself doesn't eat pork! She was very unpleasant and argued with me, which I don't find very professional, especially since I was perfectly polite! The regular sales staff are very pleasant!

Honestly, I'm surprised by some of the reviews. Yes, sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but that's the case everywhere during peak hours! But I've never been disappointed with the products I've bought. The pizza crusts are sometimes a little wide, or the pizza is slightly dry depending on the toppings. Otherwise, I've never been disappointed with the pastries, breads, sandwiches, or salads! They just need a variety of whole-wheat or multigrain baguettes to satisfy everyone in our family!

Good bread and pastries. The service is somewhat inconsistent, with some staff members being friendly and others unfriendly. The staff seems to move around a lot, but a smile, even when there's a mistake, makes all the difference.
