Very disappointed. I reserved and paid online two days ago to be sure of getting the brioches I wanted. And when I arrived late in the afternoon to pick up my order, it hadn't been prepared and what I had reserved was no longer available. What's the point of being able to reserve online? Luckily, the saleswoman was understanding.

As a loyal customer, I regularly enjoy your coffee and pastries. I want to commend your employee Chloe, who is always smiling, attentive to customers, and extremely professional. I would also like to add that she is quick, conscientious, and responsive in gathering customer information and serving them efficiently. She is truly pleasant and makes you want to buy things. Very good and reasonably priced

Pleasant and spacious dining area with a variety of breads, snacks, and treats (The "Angel Bubbles" are excellent), and well-stocked display cases. Kudos to Chloé (friendly and smiling) who offered me very attractive promotional deals and a loyalty card!

Nothing to complain about. Lots of good things in the pastry section.
