There were three employees, all three chatting away. I wanted to buy something, but no one answered me. I said "hello," one of them looked at me, simply ignored me, and didn't even acknowledge my presence. I left without buying anything. APPALLING SERVICE (09/12/25 – 2:50 PM).

This bakery is fantastic; their pastries and breads are excellent. Plus, their pizza slices are generous and hearty. I highly recommend it! Thank you to the head baker for making such great bread.

05/03/2026: One-night stay for an evening business trip. Very welcoming and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, excellent evening meal with a varied buffet of starters and desserts – one of the best Campanile hotels I've stayed in.
