It's not perfect for at least two easily solvable reasons. Far too many flies already, flying between pizzas and pain au chocolat and others; and moreover, a lot of errors in the order of welcoming customers, which can be annoying when you think you're stopping for 2 minutes but you waste a lot of time because people kindly walk past you. In absolute terms, the quality-price ratio is rather good and we are served by people who don't show off, which is rather valuable in these times.
