Boulangerie Au Bon pain sur Garges-Les-Gonesse

The bread is really excellent, always fresh and crispy, a real treat! The pastries are OK, but not exceptional. On the other hand, the pastries are disappointing: lack of taste and finesse. Special mention for the galette des rois which has absolutely no taste of frangipane, which is a shame. On the savory side, it's another story: the savory dishes are generally good, and the fricassees are downright delicious! They are definitely worth the detour.
