Boulangerie Caracteres de Pain sur Piolenc

Excellent bakery and pastry shop that we enjoy stopping at every time we pass through Piolenc. The pastries and viennoiseries, especially the sacristains, are something else! However, it's a shame that there are no longer any restrooms, as we usually grab a quick bite there. So we go to the café next door, which is very nice.

My stop on my way home from work, since I work nights... Homemade pastries are rare these days, and they're excellent. The bread is very good, and as for the cakes, so far I've only bought some bûchettes (small logs). I found them a bit pricey, but again, nothing to complain about, very good. The staff is also very friendly.

Good products, but too expensive...

Strange bakery, the bread is excellent but the staff (who change constantly) are too often overwhelmed or unpleasant.

Very tasty and freshly made sandwiches! We had round chicken sandwiches.
