Excellent bakery and pastry shop. Very good products, a considerable selection of bread, pastries, pizza, etc. From pistachio flan to éclairs, everything is just as good. And to top it all off, the new owners are friendly, kind, and bring their own fresh approach. The staff is just as lovely. Try it, you'll be hooked, and you'll definitely be back.

A fantastic bakery offering a wide variety of breads, and their traditional baguette is always delicious! I ordered several cakes and tarts, each more delectable than the last! A special mention goes to the strawberry cake, which is simply extraordinary! A true daily delight!

The bakery hasn't lost any of its quality since the change of ownership; the classic baguette remains unchanged and is still just as delicious! The new owners have introduced some new pastries and sandwiches, always using high-quality ingredients. The staff remains the same: a dynamic, smiling, and generous team. The children get their delicious cream puffs, which they absolutely love! I recommend it 100%. It remains the best bakery in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, without a doubt. We've been loyal customers of Convert for years, especially of their traditional baguette, which we found exceptional. We recently tried the same baguette made by Lefevre. Unfortunately, it seems the recipe has changed. The light, flavorful, and crispy texture of Convert is gone. It's heavier, with a denser crumb and a less crispy crust. We hope it's just a delayed adjustment period and not a new style altogether. We were well aware that the same team of bakers would remain, that all the bread recipes would be kept, and that only the bakery's name would change. Believe me, we already knew this and had had time to read about it in the local press. That's precisely why we were so surprised to find the bread's quality had changed. The photographs speak for themselves. Perhaps this was an isolated case.
