Pleasantly surprised! It seems there's been a change of ownership? Everything has improved! Thank you to the new owners for the variety of their high-quality breads!! I especially loved the walnut loaf; it's rare to find walnuts that aren't bitter. They have a few other great ones, including their pistachio and sour cherry galette des rois (a bestseller). Oh yes, their chouquettes—I'm speechless! Thank you for the quality, and keep up the good work.

A truly lovely and delicious bakery in the provinces. The bread is fantastic; coming from Paris, we leave every week with a few kilos extra. And on top of that, the bakers are so kind. What more could you ask for!
