Boulangerie De La Plage sur Frejus

We came on holiday to visit Fréjus and the surrounding area. We were looking for some good quality, tasty sandwiches for the evening. We went to this bakery-pastry shop, and honestly, their Swedish sandwiches and pan bagnat are excellent! Then, for a little something sweet in the evening, we had a raspberry Tropézienne tart, which was excellent—soft and fluffy, with a creamy filling to die for—even our two-year-old son approved! The two ladies who served us were lovely. Being pastry lovers, we usually go to pastry shops run by professional pastry chefs, and yet we were pleasantly surprised! We highly recommend it and will definitely go back to this place on our next visits to Fréjus.

Brasserie on the seafront offering a wide range of sweet and savoury pastries...not the friendliest welcome, but the quality of the products is certainly high

I trust them implicitly for the quality of their bread. The multi-grain baguette was exceptional. The pastries were truly magical; one of my favorite bakeries. The only area for improvement is the checkout process. It's true that with so many customers to serve, sometimes smiles are lost, but the staff remains friendly.

Excellent bakery, I recommend it.

Delicious baguettes, croissants, tarts, sandwiches, and much more. The coffee is also fantastic, especially with a direct sea view. And, perhaps importantly for German visitors, they also offer bread to suit their tastes. We particularly enjoyed the selection of baguettes and croissants 😋 The staff in the transparent bakery and behind the counter were extremely friendly and helpful, and patient with my limited French. We look forward to our next visit.

A very pleasant spot by the sea. Ideal for an afternoon snack. Nespresso coffee. Delicious croissants and pain au chocolat. As are the other breads I've tried. A lovely little terrace.
