For over 10 years, I've bought my Tarte Tropézienne from this bakery every summer—an annual treat I eagerly anticipate! The missing star reflects my unexpected disappointment this year, as the cream filling is no longer the same and is far less delicious than before! What a shame! The cream lacks texture and butter, preventing it from having a more pronounced consistency and flavor. The color is also missing, and since when do you put vanilla beans in Tarte Tropézienne cream?! If the new pastry chef would be so kind as to read this review and adapt their new recipe to the previous version, I would be very grateful and will continue to be a loyal customer every year.
